My sister doesn’t blog, but her craft room is calling out to be blogged about!
I always say that Sally has two talents – gift wrapping and table setting. And, boy, does she do them with panache! She’s used this extra bedroom for a craft room for some time. It was neat and tidy, but it was also just a conglomeration of furniture and storage pieces. Well, she decided it was time to upgrade and chose black and white and lime! Check out the cool shades and valances. I love the beaded trim! And, yes, her work area is always this tidy!
The room has a funny little alcove but now it’s fully utilized with deep cabinets for gift-wrap supplies and narrow shelves for ribbon.
More built-ins give her storage space and shelves for displaying favorite things.
The closet is behind bi-fold doors. It’s now outfitted with adjustable shelves for MORE storage.
The words above say, “Wrap it… Scrap it!” After 12 years of pictures of Cole, she’s getting started on that scrapbooking project! Don’t you dig the little beaded shades on the track lights?
Some floating shelves are perfect for pictures and – who’s that? Barbie! Hey, I think that black dress belonged to MY Barbie!
She couldn’t find artwork she liked for the walls, so she had this mural painted on one wall.
Cool, huh?
